Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Haven IT Hub, we focus on delivering professional IT, networking,
and cybersecurity services with transparency. This policy explains the conditions
under which refunds or cancellations may be considered.
1. Service-Based Engagements
- All IT services, installations, and support work are non-refundable once the service has started.
- No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services.
- Clients are encouraged to review quotations carefully before confirmation.
2. AMC & Subscription Services
- AMC payments are non-refundable once the AMC period has begun.
- Cancellation of AMC must be requested in writing before the renewal date.
- No prorated refunds are provided for unused AMC periods.
3. Hardware & Software Purchases
- Hardware and software purchases are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and policies.
- Haven IT Hub does not provide refunds for third-party hardware or licensed software.
- Any replacement or warranty claims must be handled with the respective vendor.
4. Cancellation Policy
Service cancellation requests must be communicated before work commencement.
Once resources, manpower, or configurations are deployed, cancellations will not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved in exceptional cases, it will be processed to the original
payment method within 7–10 working days.
